As a Director at SURE, Ratnamala Hude leads the organization’s efforts in community health, women’s empowerment, and agro-based interventions. Ratnamala done her master in Pharmacy from Government college of Pharmacy, Amravati with distinction in 2018. Leveraging her pharmacy background and grassroots experience, she guides the design and implementation of health awareness programs, with a special focus on menstrual hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care for rural women. Her strong connection to farming communities positions her as a key advisor on sustainable agriculture initiatives. Ratnamala plays a pivotal role in integrating health and livelihood strategies, ensuring that women and rural families gain access to knowledge, resources, and economic opportunities for long-term resilience and well-being.

Priyanaka Patil

As a Director at SURE, Priyanka Patil brings a strong academic background in commerce she done her master in commerce from SRTMU Nanded with distinction. She have deep-rooted understanding of rural and agricultural challenges, having grown up in a farming family. Her role focuses on strengthening financial systems, ensuring effective resource management, and supporting the development of sustainable rural enterprises. She plays a vital role in designing livelihood programs that are both economically viable and farmer-centric. Priyanka also contributes to capacity building and financial literacy initiatives for women entrepreneurs, ensuring that SURE’s interventions are grounded in practical, community-driven solutions that enhance rural prosperity.

Dr. Mamata Kalyani

As a Director at SURE, Dr. Mamata leads the organization’s health and nutrition initiatives, focusing on improving the well-being of rural women and their families. With a strong background as a practicing pathologist since 2016. Dr. Mamata completed her MBBS in 2009 and MD (Pathology) in 2015. She achieved 1st rank in post-graduation and secured gold medal. and over seven years of experience in Self-Help Group (SHG) strengthening and capacity building, she plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing community health awareness programs. Dr. Mamata oversees health-related training, preventive care outreach, and nutrition education, ensuring that women at the grassroots level have access to vital health knowledge and services. Her medical expertise and deep engagement with rural communities help SURE address critical health challenges and build resilient, informed, and empowered women's networks.

Sunia Hude

As a Director at Sakhi Unique Resource Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (SURE), Sunita Hude brings a unique blend of technical expertise, grassroots experience, and entrepreneurial vision. With her strong background in digital technology, rural entrepreneurship, and agri-based livelihoods, she plays a pivotal role in shaping SURE’s strategies for women-led enterprise development, digital inclusion, and agri-tech integration. Sunita done her M. Tech in Computer science with distinction. Her leadership supports the design and execution of scalable programs that empower rural women farmers through capacity building, access to markets, and the use of digital tools. Drawing from her experience with SSP and as the founder of Social Connect Agri Livelihood Enterprise Pvt. Ltd., Sunita contributes significantly to SURE’s mission of building resilient, self-reliant rural communities.

Vishaka Dongre

As a Director on the Board of Sakhi Unique Resource Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (SURE), Vishakha plays a key strategic role in driving technology adoption and fostering innovation across the organization’s rural development initiatives. She leverages her 25+ years of expertise in digital transformation to design scalable tech-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve market access, and empower women entrepreneurs. Her guidance has been instrumental in integrating digital tools for data collection, training, monitoring, and enterprise development, helping SURE amplify its impact in clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and women-led livelihoods.
